Privacy Policy

Plain-English, like everything else we do. Last updated 27 October 2026.

Nexoro Digital (AUS) Pty Ltd (“Nexoro”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you tell us about your business and goals.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising cookies that collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally on its own.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, send you information you've requested, and understand how the website performs. If you become a client, we use it to deliver the work you've engaged us for. Where we build or host a CRM for you, the data inside that system belongs to you: we access it only to deliver and support the work, under the terms of our engagement. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Marketing communications

We only send marketing emails if you've opted in, and every email includes a working unsubscribe link, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Unsubscribing is one click and takes effect promptly.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business, and your information may be processed by them on our behalf:

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia (typically the United States and the European Union). We only work with providers that maintain appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. The site will still work; some analytics and advertising features simply won't apply to you. You can also opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access — including access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers. We keep information only as long as it's needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us via the contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you believe we've breached the APPs and you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Chrome extension: PPI CRM for Gmail

PPI CRM for Gmail is a Chrome extension published by Nexoro Digital (AUS) Pty Ltd. It connects a user's Gmail to their organisation's CRM. This section explains what it handles and where that information goes.

What it does. The extension adds Log and Track switches to Gmail's compose window. When Log is on, it adds the organisation's CRM BCC address so the email is saved to the CRM. When Track is on, it adds an invisible tracking image and tracked links so opens and clicks can be recorded. It also shows a side panel with the CRM record for the people in an open email.

Information it handles. The names and email addresses of the people in an email; the email's subject line and the links in it (only when Track is on); and the user's CRM sign-in. The email itself reaches the CRM through the BCC copy that Gmail sends.

Where it goes. Only to the user's organisation's own CRM, which that organisation controls. The extension does not send email content or contact details to Nexoro or to any other third party, and it does not sell data, show ads or build advertising profiles. As described above for CRMs we build, Nexoro only accesses an organisation's CRM data to deliver and support the work it has been engaged to do.

Stored in the browser. The CRM sign-in session, the connection settings set by the organisation's administrator, and the user's Log/Track default preferences. Signing out removes the session.

Open and click tracking. When a recipient opens a tracked email or clicks a tracked link, the organisation's CRM records the time of the event. To group repeat opens, it keeps a one-way scrambled code made from the viewer's IP address and browser details; the IP address itself is not stored. Tracking is off for any email where the sender switches Track off.

Your control. Nothing is logged or tracked unless the user is signed in and the switches are on. Either switch can be turned off for any email, and the extension can be removed from Chrome at any time. Requests to access or delete CRM data go to the user's organisation, which controls its CRM.

Retention. Logged emails and tracking events are kept in the organisation's CRM for as long as that organisation chooses to keep them.

Third-party service. The extension's settings pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives a standard web request from the browser when those pages open.

Permissions. Gmail access, used to add the switches and side panel; storage, used for the sign-in and settings; and access to the organisation's CRM address only.

Questions about the extension can be sent to luke@nexoro.com.au.
